REGISTRATIONS 2025 / 2026

Dear Coaches & Parents

All football clubs must register their players with SAFA for the 2025 & 2026 football season. This will cause serious delays as previously experienced (approximately 8 Weeks delay) due to the additional volumes of registrations taking place in the Western Cape and prior to registration all subscription fees must be paid in full.

Parents wishing to register their children early the club has opened registration for existing players on dates during November are as follows: – 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th November 2024, between 18h30 to 19h30.

Take note of outstanding and subscription fees if paid in full by 15th February 2025, the discount offered which including siblings.

COACHES AND THEIR CHILDREN

It is important from an administration perspective when making yourself available for coaching to contact the Junior Chairperson in confirming which age group you would be interested in coaching. Once you have confirmed which age group you have been accepted to coach then to ensure that you completed the Senior Registration Form together with your child completing the Mini/Junior Registration Form.

When registering yourself and your child it is essential that the registration forms are submitted simultaneously to qualify for your child to be exempted from subscription fees.

SUBSCRIPTION FEE ASSISTANNCE – PAYMENT PLAN

The intent of a payment plan is to allow any parent that cannot afford to pay their subscription fees in one payment, to allow them to settle their fees over five months commencing with immediate effect (October 2024 to 15 February 2025).

Should you wish to use this opportunity to enter a payment plan arrangement, complete the attached Subscription Fee Assistance – 2025 Payment Plan and 2025 Registration Application Form in full and submit to the treasurer so that you may proceed immediately to prescribe towards a payment plan. The payment bank reference, player name and age group – (Martin Smith U7)

Once subscriptions have been settled in full then your 2025 registration application together with all required documentation must be submitted on the scheduled registration days which will be conveyed to all members during February 2025.

Please Note: – teams will have cut off at 20 players in a team therefore to ensure that your child is accommodated ensure that your application is submitted timeously together with your subscription fee paid in full. Take note of (1) 2 x meadowridge registration application form must be in duplicate, (2) copy of proof of payment must accompany your application, (3) copy of identity document or birth certificate and (4) 2 x colour ID photos.

    Hi,
    I’d like to register my son for the Minis u7–u10. What are the fees for next year?
    I can’t seem to find the info on the website. Just that proof of payment is required with the registration.
