Registrations for 2025 / 2026 Seasons
All football clubs must register their players with SAFA for the 2025 & 2026 football season.
Please note that this will cause serious delays as previously experienced (approximately 8 Weeks delay) due to the additional volumes of registrations taking place in the Western Cape and prior to registration all subscription fees must be paid in full.
Registrations will continue Monday evenings from 18h00 until 19h30 for age groups which has not been declared as closed.
COACHES AND THEIR CHILDREN
It is important from an administration perspective when making yourself available for coaching to contact the Junior Chairperson in confirming which age group you would be interested in coaching. Once you have confirmed which age group you have been accepted to coach then to ensure that you completed the Senior Registration Form together with your child completing the Mini/Junior Registration Form.
When registering yourself and your child it is essential that the registration forms are submitted simultaneously to qualify for your child to be exempted from subscription fees.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE ASSISTANCE – PAYMENT PLAN
The purpose of the payment plan is to accommodate parents who are unable to pay their subscription fees in a single installment the option to settle the amount over a five-month period, commencing from October to 15 February each year.
Should you wish to use this opportunity to enter a payment plan arrangement, complete the Subscription Fee Assistance Form in full and submit to the treasurer so that you may proceed immediately to prescribe towards a payment plan.
Additional information pertaining to each registration year will be announced nearer the time.
