2025 REGISTRATIONS UPDATE
Update on the 2025/2026 registration process where we currently stand. To date approximately 9% of our members have registered which includes 15% of our coaches. This is a vey low percentage of registrations for our members and coaches and therefore encourage all to make a special effort to registered as early as possible.
As previously advised, we are expecting serious delays at SAFA as previously experienced (approximately 8 Weeks delay) due to the additional volumes of registrations taking place in the Western Cape, and prior to registration all subscription fees must be paid in full.
We have 3 x Tuesdays left this year for members wishing to register prior to closing during the holiday period as follows: – 26th November 2024, 3rd and 10th December 2024.
Registrations will reopen January 2025 on Monday and Tuesday evenings as follows:
13th and 14th January from 18h00 until 19h30.
20th and 21st January from 18h00 until 19h30.
27th and 28th January from 18h00 until 19h30.
03rd and 04th February from 18h00 until 19h30.
10th and 11th February from 18h00 until 19h30.
17th and 18th February from 18h00 until 19h30.
The Meadowridge web page has all the relevant registration application forms that are required to be completed in full for the various categories, together with the required documentation.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE ASSISTANNCE – PAYMENT PLAN
The intent of a payment plan is to allow any Member that cannot afford to pay their subscription fees in one payment, to allow them to settle their fees over four months commencing with immediate effect (November 2024 to 15 February 2025). To date there are 5 members who have entered into a payment plan with the club.
Should you wish to use this opportunity to enter a payment plan arrangement, complete the Subscription Fee Assistance – 2025 Payment Plan and 2025 Registration Application Form in full and submit to the treasurer so that you may proceed immediately to prescribe towards a payment plan. The payment bank reference, player name and age group – (Martin Smith U7)
Once subscriptions have been settled in full then your 2025 registration application together with all required documentation must be submitted on the scheduled registration days which will be conveyed to all members from here onwards.
Please Note: – ensure that your application is submitted timeously together with your subscription fee paid in full. Take note of (1) 2 x meadowridge registration application form must be in duplicate, (2) copy of proof of payment must accompany your application, (3) copy of identity document and (4) 2 x colour ID photos.
